All staff were most efficient,friendly and helpful.

Rooms need a huge facelift, bed was awful at one stage I considered sleeping in the bath..food was lovely at the wedding though..

I really enjoyed my stay in your hotel. Thank you for accomodating my request to be close to the lift to facillitate my sick companion. I discovered the sink stopper needed repair in the bathroom. The room was very spacious but unfortunately the chairs were not very comfortable. Thanks again to all the staff for their hospitality and the great food.

The only complaint is that we had a room to the front of the hotel and could hear the traffic going all night which meant that I never got a wink of sleep.room options should be offered when booking as this would put me off staying again or recommending it to others.
