GENERAL CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations can only be made by phoning or faxing us directly. You should save the cancellation confirmation number you receive.
Reservations
Cancellation policy is by 4pm 48 hours prior to arrival. In the event of late cancellation or non-arrival your credit card will be charged for one night's accommodation for each room reserved.
Early Bird Advance Purchase Rates
For all Early Bird and Advance Purchase Rate reservations the room rate for the full duration of the stay and any pre-booked amenities (eg champagne on arrival or extra meals) is charged in full. A booking fee will be charged by the website and the balance will be charged by the CLANREE HOTEL within 24 hours of booking being processed. If you cancel for any reason, attempt to modify this reservation, or do not arrive on your specified check-in date, payments are non-refundable.
Group Bookings
For group bookings of 5 rooms a separate cancellation policy applies, please contact the hotel directly.
Pre-Booked Amenities/Package Elements
Charges will apply for all additional amenities pre-booked with the reservation even if they are not taken (eg breakfast, wine, early-arrival, late check-out). Any unused amenities/package elements are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Cancellation Following Non-Arrival
If you have not checked-in or contacted the hotel by phone to reconfirm that you still intend to arrive before 8am the morning after your confirmed arrival date we will assume your reservation is cancelled and you will be charged the fees as above.
RATE RULES & RESTRICTIONS
At check-in, the front desk will verify your departure date. Rates quoted are based on check-in date and length of stay. Should you choose to depart early price may be subject to change.
Best Rate Guarantee
We’ll match it if….
• You have an existing reservation with our own website
• You are still within the cancellation period of your booking
• The lower price is still available when we check and bookable online
• The lower price is for the same room that you’ve booked with our website
- Same check-in and check-out dates
- Same room type
- Same booking conditions (breakfast included, non-refundable etc.)
Sorry, no Best Rate Guarantee if...
You book our hotel room through:
• Group Rates
• Corporate Rates
• Wholesale Rates
• Association Rates or rates which are part of a travel package do not qualify.
• The Guarantee does not apply to websites or rates where the specific property and location are not known until the booking is made such as Priceline® or Hotwire® or to prepaid vouchers (Groupon®/Treat ticket/ Living social/ Pigsback/Grabone or another online voucher site)
• Price difference must be greater than €10 to allow for currency variance.
BOOKING DEPOSIT is NON-REFUNDABLE
Please note that your credit/debit card will be charged a booking deposit as itemised during the booking process. You can cancel your reservation up to 48 hours prior to arrival however the booking deposit will not be refunded.
Guests who have guaranteed their reservations with credit card will be asked for pre-authorisation on arrival. Guests paying cash or debit card will be asked for full prepayment of the balance on arrival and may be asked for a further deposit for charging facilities.

During this time from 29th June until further notice in line with COVID 19 Guidelines the pool and gym are open however the sauna, changing rooms, Jacuzzi, steam room and beauty room all remain closed.
Pool times have been restricted to allow for enhanced cleaning:
Monday to Friday 8am until 7pm last swin at 6pm
Weekends: 9am until 7pm (Last Swim 6pm)
